Processing and Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your order.

Reminder: Expedited shipping does not expedite our processing time.

US Orders: Subscribers and purchases over $35 will receive free shipping. Non-subscription orders below $35 will accrue a shipping fee which will be calculated at checkout. On average, free shipping takes about 3-5 business days to receive. Expedited shipping typically takes about 1-3 business days.

International Orders: Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the mailing address provided. Transit time can vary greatly for international shipping. Please use our store locator to see if we're in a store near you!

Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • You purchased the product directly from Skin Grip or our Amazon storefront
  • You initiate the return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The product is not a non-returnable item (e.g., personalized or custom-made items, stickers, gift cards, etc.)
    1. Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Stickers
    • Gift cards
    • Items that have been damaged, or altered after receipt
    • Products that are explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page
    1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

    • Email our customer support team at contact@skingrip.com with the following details:
      • Order Number
      • The code on the back of the packaging (typically starting with SG and is 8 characters in total)
      • How many items you intend to return
      • Is the package opened/used?
      • If the package has been opened/used, how many have been used?
      • Reason for Return
    1. Return and Exchange Process
    Once we receive your email with the necessary information, our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
    1. Refunds
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and can take 2-3 business days to appear on your statement.
